I went to Automo because I had a problem with the camshaft in my S-Class. The price quoted was better than anyone, and the time I was off the road was less than 2 days. Will be returning for future car services, trustworthy guy. Would highly recommend. He spent what must have been hours diagnosing and getting to the root of the issues and I got my baby back! He only uses genuine Mercedes parts and she’s running smoothly.I cannot thank him enough for his time and patience with my car (she had a lot of issues) and HIGHLY recommend him to everyone who loves their car as much as I do! I had my bmw bumped into whilst parked - hit a run type situation - with some damage/displacement to the front grills including the electrical shutters behind. Had a choice to take it to the bmw service and claim through insurance, but luckily found The Shop Automo on a quick google search. They had the car fixed and put into its original shape in about 1hr. No doubt that if I took it to BMW , I would’ve had to drop the car for the whole day, but the Shop Automo did it whilst I waited. Moreover, watching them work on my car so carefully and taking the opportunity to explain to me continuously every decision they made as they worked on my car, was a real pleasure. I feel that I found a local car engineer that I can fully trust with my car. Needless to say that the cost was a lot less than what BMW would’ve charged.I will be going back for more for sure and I highly recommend that you give them a try too. My car battery kept draining, I took the car to Mo on 14th January 2021. Mo Kept the car for a week carried out all the necessary diagnostics but could not find anything reason for the battery drainage. He was very clear that the alternator was not faulty. Contrary to other mechanics who eluded to the alternator being the problem. Having spent a week assessing the car this amazingly kind man did not charge me anything for his time! Now don't go looking for a free diagnostics or repair. What you will receive is honesty, reliability and great customer care. Its so hard to find a good mechanic these days. So much so that if I change my car I would have to buy another Mercedes simply because I have discovered an amazing mercedes specialist! Thank you Mo. 5 stars are not enough to express how grateful I am for the work Mo has done on my car, his dedication and professionalism are top quality. This is the first time I walk up to a garage and I haven't left disappointed, is very hard to find an auto shop and a specialist trustworthy and I can't be happier to have meet you. I had visited this shop for the first time, I can gladly say I was grateful to find a garage like this. There are so many garages out there but none are like this one. I can guarantee you will not have a bad experience. The Owner Mo and his staff are fantastic and work efficiently. He gets the work done on time and is very truthful which is hard to find nowadays. He told me exactly what kind of problems my car had. Also he advised the minor and major problems. He’s not the type to try scam people for money and is really genuine. The best thing about the garage is that its a Mercedes specialist and all his parts are genuine and brand new. He also sent me videos of my car and the old parts and new parts and kept me updated. Overall, i would definitely recommend this garage to a lot of people, especially if you got a mercedes car.

Hi I can proudly say this is a very good and authentic garage to visit. I’m a women and I don’t like going to garages. I don’t know much about cars and you can get charged extra without knowing. I was looking for a Mercedes approved garage and came across this. Moe has been extremely helpful and trustworthy. I can say my car was in safe hands. No awkward feelings and best thing is it’s Mercedes approved.

After visit many mechanics and spend a lot of money on diagnosis for my Mercedes S350d 2020, i finally get into the right garage which is The Shop Automo, i really want to say he is very experienced mechanic and find my car issue very fast, he give me explanation very clear and he do the diagnosis in front of me, he find the problem and solved in the same day. I really recomand The Shop Automo if you are looking for a good and experienced mechanic and before you spend a lot of money somewhere else.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
