After speaking with several garages in NW London one Friday afternoon, none would take delivery from the RAC relay of my broken down ML, an ECU issue and a big car.When I spoke with George and Alex at OGS the difference in customer service and knowledge was almost too good to be true.I'm pleased to report is was 100% true, they were good to their word and very fairly priced and some of the nicest people I've ever meet in the car repair business.Their professionalism and integrity might explain why they're such a busy little workshop, I guarantee you won't be disappointed in the quality of work, their knowledge is off the scale and the price is excellent. I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough... They were part of a three day long saga that started with a simple 'lost key' whilst visiting a friend in London.Called a locksmith on Sunday morning (googled car locksmith everything seemed legit, £170 quoted etc.) The guy who came, spent three hours and left with no working car and no new key to show for it. I then called the RAC, that wasted another few hours to find their was a fault (didn't have tow home cover etc). No joy at all. That was all of Sunday.Monday I called OGS Mechanics. The RAC had given me their number. Completely different level of professionalism to the first 'cowboy' locksmith.Found out from them that the first guy had completely messed up the software to program/re-program keys. Took a tow truck to the OGS garage. Spent all day in the garage waiting for software to arrive to try and fix the problem (still hoping to drive home that night).One of them (Florin) then kindly ended up driving me to Watford Train Station (I live in Birmingham) because the software didn't arrive.Next day, Florin still couldn't undo the damage done to the car. I contact a Renault in Banbury (closer to where I live) and arrange for the car to be towed there because as a dealership they can get parts quicker etc. By this time, day three of a monumental car nightmare.Upshot was that OGS charged me only for the original Monday morning call out to replace the keys (£100). Nothing for diagnosing the problem or for Florin's time spent looking at it.If that isn't the height of service I don't know what is. Genuinely nice people (George the manager also).Can't recommend them highly enough if you're in a bind. Where do I start...???I lost the only key to my Range Rover and in a state of panic I called countless locksmiths to cut me a key/reprogramme a key or even just gain access to my car, however no one was able to do this due to the fact that my car is a recent model with a complex security system. I came across these guys and they were literal lifesavers. In the first instance, the secretary confirmed that they could do the job, however I was very sceptical as previous locksmiths shared the same confidence, but did not deliver. Two lovely chaps arrived on Sunday and worked for hours in the pouring rain without complaining and were extremely pleasant. Due to the nature of the issue, they said that they would need to take the car to their garage as they have more tools there. They kindly offered to tow my car at no extra cost and have the issue dealt with and have the car brought back to me ASAP. On the day of towing, I was greeted by an extremely professional man called George who explained what would happen and kept me updated everyday with videos. A few days later, my issue was sorted and my car was returned back to me by George himself. It is very clear that the staff here go above and beyond for their customers- something you rarely see at garages/mechanics these days.These guys are extremely professional and no job is too big for them- I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.I was so worried that they would not be able to reprogramme the keys as I was told the newer models of my car are quite complex due to the updated security system. Both George and Tudor kept reassuring me throughout which I really really appreciated. The update videos were a bonus and is indicative of how professional this garage is. They have gained a forever customer now and I have already recommended them to someone. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys really helped me out and deserve the recognition. Fantastic and professional service. Had problem with ceased injectors which was sorted same day with short notice. Follow up visits with additional fault tracing was done promptly and without waiting on the spot. Honest advice was given. Finally I found a mechanic I can trust. Thank you. Five star reviews for Costel from OGS. I booked a full glow plug replacement two weeks ago and the team offered to travel two hours to my house to do the job. Arrived early and was completed within three hours. Very hard working, didn't even stop for a break. Costel described it as a big job that was extra difficult because my glow plugs had been damaged by a reckless mechanic in the past. He didn't use this as an excuse and showed amazing skill and work ethic to do a thorough job. Before he left he advised me to drive around the block. I noticed a huge difference and willingly paid the reasonable fee asked. I will definitely recommend and if needed use OGS in the future.

Its probably 6 months now and the PD0011 or any code has not appeared. Id tried other garages but it never got fixed . OGS fixed it and analysed everything to make sure it wont come back . Changing several parts. Would definitely recommend
