Took a 2013 Range Rover Vogue in to have a tricky problem with the interior heating investigated after 2 previous futile efforts by 2 dealerships, including an official Jaguar Land Rover dealership. Not only did they identify and fix the fault within a day but managed to get almost all the money back via a notoriously stingy warranty company! Always fair and upfront about potential costs. Excellent!

I visited today for MOT and was impressed by the way it got dealt with. Very professional staff and they kept me informed throughout the process. Good price too,, definitely coming back next year

I used this garage for my RAC service plan I signed up to for an MOT. It can usually be quite hairy which good quality garages are available on their books but this one was very efficient, quick and didn’t try to price up at all. Recommend. Good service from Ali. Will return for the next one.

Booked a Service Via RAC service and MOT service plan on a weekend for Friday the following week. Called the garage the following Tuesday Wednesday to get a confirmation of the job and was told someone would call back which they never. I then called the day before booked appointment in the morning around 9 was told someone would call me back which they never I had to call back hours later to be told they don’t offer the service. Completely wasted my time. If you knew you didn’t offer that service it would’ve been nice to know earlier as this has had detrimental impact to my plans and work schedule. Contacted RAC and they let me know you had no idea you was registered to their system but are happy to go ahead join the service plan.

I have done my MOT service, it took almost 2 hours and they said that the car would fail due to the Front Wiper Blade condition, I was charged almost £50 only for the Wipers, too expensive for a VW Polo, done some research and found out that the cost of a BOSH wiper is £15/£20. As a trading organisation, they would spend even less.
