On starting up the car to visit family in Surrey, it was immediately obvious that some person had stolen the catalytic converter from the exhaust. I phoned a few places and Paul at MC Autos was by far the most helpful. For a start, the phone was answered promptly and politely. Paul discussed the situation and gave a provisional quote whilst being clear about the unknowns and using suitable technical language. Appreciating that we needed the car to get home at the weekend, they put in extra effort to source rare parts and repair the exhaust. I would say that the relationships between various members of the staff was friendly and positive, which to me is a sign of an outfit that will do a good job. Thanks!

Took a chance and visited MC Autos based on reviews a few months back. I can confirm that I DO NOT regret it! One hour away but one of the best garages I have been to so far and will continue using them! From exhaust to auto transmissions to engine repairs these guys have given me top quality service and made me feel there is a garage I can trust and more importantly one that knows what they are doing. All members are Friendly, honest, professional and informative giving the best advice/solutions. They even offer a payment scheme if your bill is about to send you to an early grave lol. There's a reason MC Autos have full 5 stars Google Reviews. They deserve every star - they are really and truly amazing, by far, the best Car Service Garage I've ever been to. I've experienced the utmost best customer service I've ever been provided in any service - from calling them up to book an appointment all the way through to completion of the job. They kept me informed and updated on what they were doing with my car and in what process they were in. They kept me well informed through Whatsapp and phone calls and even sent me a video of what they've done! This is super helpful as I feel almost all of the garages takes advantage and you don't even really fully know what work they've done on your car. I took my VW Golf MK6 in recently with them as I had issues with coolant leak and noise in the engine area and I needed MOT for my car too - all of these they've fixed and done IN A DAY! These guys deserve all the positive reviews anywhere - special thanks to Natalie for OUTSTANDING customer service. I know where I'll be going to now PERMANENTLY for my car servicing.
