Gregory Fieldhouse5 StarThe guys arrived exactly when they said they would and they went to every effort to ensure the job was done professionally and efficiently. I needed a replacement part fitted to my exhaust, and JB Autos came and fitted it in a timely and professional manner. On a Saturday and in 26 degree heat, they were friendly and very clear on what needed to be done etc. Fantastic service for a great price. Matthew Coomber5 StarGreat service from the guys, I really appreciate the speedy repair to my car. Had a faulty rear brake pad and disc and was unable to move the car or drive to a garage. Jim got to me in under two hours, found the problem, sourced the parts and had it all fixed up in four hours.

Sarah Jones2 StarAt 1st I was impressed with Jimmy's availability to come out immediately. His call out was fair at £35 but then WOW problems arose from what I initially needed. His co-worker smelt of grog and did little to justify the £90 job to fit a fan belt that took 40mins to fit! I'd considered getting a new power steering pump as I was hopeful he'd be honest. A quote for £300 for the pump but if have to source it myself plus £200 His Labour. I found 1 brand new for £115 But got a 2nd opinion n it's not leaking as he advised! Maria Nicolazzo5 StarVery good service. I have called the guy on saturday morning and he was here within an hour, very reactive service. My car was working by Monday evening only because despite trying to call different places to dind the part I needed It had to be ordered in. The guy came back on Monday evening after I finished work and the car was fixed in less than an hour. Very friendly and super happy with their service. They helped me out when I really needed.
