Had a battery drain on a 2009 Audi Q7 and have had to jump it several times. Contacted several garages who weren’t even interested in looking at it. I was recommended Electrum by a friend. Really professional service. Genuinely decent guys. Found a fault with the battery, which they were able to replace under warranty, as well as fixed the battery drain. All sorted very quickly and at good value. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Professional and honest electrical garage, kept in contact with me through the works. I went to my usual garage and they were not able to fix the situation I was having with my door and window not working / opening. the team at Electrum were able to do the work that the locals can’t due to their vast level of experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs general servicing done but more importantly electrical work.

I had a problem with an electric sliding door and two other garages had failed to repair it. I’m glad I rang Electrum as right from the start there was a confidence that they would fix it. They diagnosed a broken door module and had to take apart lots of trim to get at it. They then gave me the option of waiting for a new part or for them to repair it with VW bits they had spare. I chose the latter mainly because Rob was just so confident that he could do it. He called me several times to update me and tell me the cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as it was one of the best garage experiences I’ve ever had.
